For orders over AED 300, delivery by courier within the UAE is free of charge. 

For orders equal to AED 300 or less, a delivery fee of 20 AED applies within the UAE.

Within Dubai delivery is generally available the next business day (for orders received before 1pm), and two business days for orders received after 1pm. Within the broader UAE, outside of Dubai, delivery is generally 2-3 days.

Custom charges and duties:

As we are a UAE business, duties and charges made by your country’s Customs Service once it has reached its destination must be paid by the recipient and not by Modibodi. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any charges or duties. 

Should you reject paying for these fees/taxes and your goods are returned to us, we will refund you the goods minus the costs charged to us for shipping to your country, plus return shipping and any additional charges applied by the shipping carrier.
