Womb steaming 🌱
Coincidentally I heard about womb steaming, and it was a wonderful coincidence meeting Liberty, the womb steam woman with a gentle strong personality. I went for this new experience right away. The womb steaming is guided with a beautiful meditation. It has a relaxing and soothing effect to the mind, but also to the soul, so it can feel the warmth of this world.
Nearly every day I do this now for myself and I don't want to miss it anymore.
If warmth is given to us, peace unfolds in the heart and whatever comes your way you are able to embrace it as you become more aware of yourself and start to understand the meaning of it.
