I honour my menstrual cycle, my womb, my sacredness with a ceremonial womb steam.

Updated: Sep 3, 2022

Almost 2 years ago I reached out to Liberty as something didn’t feel right; I was doing much less work wise but feeling burned out. I reached out to Liberty, having no knowledge of when my cycle was or even following it. It was here I learnt to track my periods and the importance of doing that. It turned out I was having a period every 14-16 days.

I feel so grateful to Liberty to bringing the importance of tracking your cycle to my radar. It was needed ! After my consultation. I started with Moxa to extend my cycle and it worked instantly.

I got a 28 cycle. I totally felt the difference, more centred and way more energy. Then I started womb steaming with a herbal blend to suit my womb needs.

This time last year I met the late Guru Jagat who asked me if I steamed, I said Yes, she said make ‘it ceremonial’. So That’s what I do now, I honour my menstrual cycle, my womb, my sacredness with a ceremonial womb steam -

I light candles, burn incense, dress up, play music - it’s phenomenal sacred self care.

Sometimes I join Liberty's weekly zooms too that makes it so special, like the old times, women gathering together!

Thank you again Liberty for bringing so much awareness to the most important cycle in our lives, the menstrual cycle.
