I am no expert at all but just wanted to share something I feel really strongly about and it’s helping me so much. Honestly I look forward to my steam days. It’s become one of my favorite self-care rituals. ✨
The past couple of months I’ve been learning to live with my cycle and listening and tuning into my body more as a woman. I’m learning about consuming specific food at specific times of the month. (Yes! I have a general eating schedule / list thing from my consultation and it is the most helpful thing ever). It has also been a relief to release unnecessary guilt when I don’t work out (among other benefits). There are natural energy levels that demand to be honored and it’s been wonderful working with them more.
So far, so good. I’ve noticed significant improvement. My period has gotten disturbingly shorter just over the past year. I knew there was something wrong in what I was doing. Just with the first month on the program from Liberty there were already improvements. I’ve gotten so much clarity on what to eat/drink. Ive also noticed positive changes in my cycle and improvements toward the healing goal. ♥️
